Eleven States Still Discriminate Against The Muzzleloading Hunter

NORTH AMERICAN MUZZLELOADER HUNTING files a discrimination complaint with the U.S. Department of the Interior, against 11 state wildlife agencies which continue to deny muzzleloading hunters the right to use a riflescope during the muzzleloader big game seasons.
